Thank you for being a vendor at our show! Our goal at Comic Con Honolulu is to promote artists and vendors within the local community and create a family you’ll be a part of forever. We would like to help maximize your exposure to the attendees of Comic Con Honolulu by promoting you on our website, and social media.

Social Media Featured Post

Your business can be featured on our Facebook page, Twitter account and Instagram. Once you’ve submitted your contract and paid for your booth, we’ll send you a link back to this page. Please create and submit a well-designed image promoting your presence at our show. If you have not yet been assigned a booth number, we’ll make sure that information is made available once your booth placement has been set. Submissions are only open to those who have reserved a booth or artist table at Comic Con Honolulu 2017.

Facebook/Twitter Requirements

  • Your image must be well designed, clean, and look professional.
  • Your image must be at least 1200 x 1800 pixels at 72 dpi
  • Your image must look crisp and not pixelated
  • Your image should feature your company name in an easy to read font
  • Your image should feature our convention name in an easy to read font
  • Include images of the products you will be selling
  • Submit your image to [email protected]
  • Your company name as it appears on Facebook and/or Twitter as it appears on the site if you’d like us to tag you.

Instagram Requirements

  • Due to Instagram’s photo requirements, if you’d like your photo to appear on instagram, you’ll need to submit a photo 1080 x 1080 pixels.
  • Your image must look crisp and not pixelated
  • Please provide your instagram name, and any hashtags you would like included.

Website Dealer’s/Artists List Feature

  • All of our Dealers and Artists will be featured on our website before the convention, along with your booth number. If you’d like to include a link to your website, please send it to [email protected] with your booth name in the subject line.

Featured Dealer & Artist

If you’d like to make your booth a little more glamorous on our website, we can set up a portfolio page for you or your company. This will be your own personal webpage with a featured image on the dealers or artist page.

Submission Requirements:

  • A preview image representing your business that is 600 x 403 pixels
  • Your image must look crisp and not pixelated
  • A write up about your business – this is your opportunity to encourage people to visit your booth, really sell it!
  • You may also submit links to youtube videos, additional photos or other media. Please ensure all images are crisp and clear. All images should be sized to the same size.

Exclusives, Contests and Discounts

  • A great way to promote your appearance at Comic Con Honolulu is by offering an exclusive item, discount or offer that will only be available at our convention. Submit your exclusive item or contest idea to [email protected]

All submissions must be received by July 15, 2017.
